Here we tell you what Personal Data we may collect from you when you act as a supplier to ABP UK, use our Services and what other Personal Data we may receive from other sources.

When you register to supply livestock, you may provide us with:

·       Your personal details, including your trading name, trading address, contact name, email address and phone numbers

·       Your herd and/or flock numbers

·       Your holding number

·       Information relating to your farm, how it operates and your livestock production

·       Any third parties you may use such as vets, hauliers, nutritionists and livestock buyers

·       Information relating to your farm assurance membership, organic certification, environmental memberships, herd health schemes or the BCMS

When you contact us or we contact you to take part in research projects, trials, producers groups, benchmarking, surveys or questionnaires we may collect:

·       Data you provide about yourself anytime you correspond with us, including by phone, email or post or when you speak with us through social media

·       Details of the emails and other digital communications we have with you

·       Your feedback and contributions to surveys and questionnaires

When you choose to register to receive your animal weights and grades online or browse our Websites or use our Mobile Apps, we may collect:

·       Your account login details, such as your username and the password that you have chosen

When you visit one of our sites

·       Your name, trading name and vehicle licence number

·       CCTV images of yourself and vehicles which enter the site, particularly in areas where there are live animals

·       Where it is reasonable to do so we may also collect Personal Data from publically available sources such as internet searches, companies house and broadcast media.

We work with carefully selected Service Providers that carry out certain functions on our behalf.
